Allotment Repayment Information
Welcome Soldier:
This allotment submission form is provided
for your convenience to start or modify an
existing AER Loan Repayment allotment from
your monthly active duty or retired pay
disbursed by the Defense Finance and
Accounting Service (DFAS) to Army Emergency
Relief. To
request an increase or decrease in your
monthly allotment, simply enter the new
amount and start date in the Allotment
Information Section of the form.
This process has been approved by DFAS and
the authorization you give us will be used
to create or change your allotment from your
DFAS pay account.
This form and loan repayment allotments may
only be processed for Active Component and
Retired Soldiers. Currently DFAS does not
have the ability to process allotments for
Reserve Component Soldiers.
This form may not be used to request an
allotment be stopped.
This site is secure and operates only with 128 bit secure browser. Therefore, the information you send to us over this site will not be accessible to anyone else during transmission. Once you complete and send the allotment form to AER, you will receive an instant acknowledgement of the data you sent to us. Please print a copy of this acknowledgement for your records.
However, if you are not comfortable with this process, you may complete the form here, print it off on your printer and fax the complete form to AER at FAX # 703-325-7183, DSN # 221-7183.
